Order

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided. The confirmation will state the product you ordered, the price, and the billing and delivery address. If anything is incorrect, please contact us immediately by email: divoyh@outlook.com

To shop in our webshop, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent for the purchase.

Price

All prices in our webshop are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and all prices include 25% VAT. We have no order limit or cost limit – you can order as many products as you wish. We reserve the right to change prices, stock levels, and for printing errors.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery within Sweden

All purchases within Sweden are delivered at a cost of SEK 59, and packages are sent with DHL or Postnord. Packages are delivered to the nearest pick-up point.

Delivery to another country

We also deliver our products abroad. Our packages are sent with DHL or Postnord at a cost of SEK 250.

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible and have a normal delivery time of 5-7 working days; however, variations may occur, and longer delivery times may arise during, for example, national holidays.

International

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible and have a normal delivery time of 2-3 weeks; however, variations may occur, and longer delivery times may arise during, for example, national holidays.

Right of Withdrawal, Complaints, Returns and Exchanges

When purchasing goods from the webshop, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies, in accordance with current Swedish consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days from the date you or your representative received the ordered item (the cooling-off period). However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to your instructions or that have otherwise been given a clear personal character.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send a clear and unambiguous message to divoyh@outlook.com before the cooling-off period expires. In the message, you must include your order number.

If you wish to return or exchange your item, you must enclose a receipt, invoice, or delivery note to prove that the product was purchased from us. Please note that for returned products to be considered unused, they must be in substantially unchanged condition. This means, for example, that labels and protective plastic must be present on the product. Goods returned must be well packaged and returned in the same way they were delivered.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received them and during the return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal was given to DIVOYH AB.

DIVOYH AB reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the item is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. For complaints, DIVOYH AB follows the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see www.arn.se. For exchanges, in addition to a receipt proving your purchase, it is very important that you include a message in the package with your order number, name, and address, as well as what you wish to exchange for. If you wish to exchange your item within the same model but for a different size, we will send the new product to you free of charge. For exchanges to a completely new product, we charge a shipping fee of SEK 79 within Sweden.

For returns, your money will be refunded using the same payment method you used for your purchase. We normally refund your purchase within 14 days of the item being returned to us. We reserve the right to withhold repayment until the item has been returned.

Please note that leather is a natural material, which means it always has more or less texture in its appearance. Differences in texture and appearance in a leather product are not to be considered a defect and therefore not a reason for exchange or complaint. All embellishments such as jewelry, crystals, and embroideries are delicate and are only for decoration; we provide no guarantees on the embellishments.

For the fastest processing time, we ask you to send the goods with DHL to an agent in Vrena. It is very important that you include a message in the package with your order number, name, address, email, and phone number.

DIVOYH AB is not responsible for any accidents or similar that may occur where our products have been used.

Please note that leather is a natural material, which means it always has more or less texture in its appearance, and some difference in texture may exist between two products. Also, note that leather is a material that can transfer color to saddle pads, riding breeches, and similar items.

All embellishments, such as beads, crystals, studs, laces, and embroideries, are for decoration only. These embellishments are delicate, and if the decoration breaks, this cannot be considered a defect in the item and cannot be subject to a complaint.

Please note that the perceived color on your screen may differ from the actual product depending on your screen settings.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial disputes, government decisions, failure of deliveries from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances, and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, affecting concluded agreements and undertakings on our part, and which prevent us from fulfilling said agreement/undertaking, such an event shall constitute grounds for DIVOYH AB to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.
